When this completed form is received by CounselingCEUsOnline, you are registered for the course(s). You should then obtain the textbook and begin reading and studying the data found there as well as the supplementary materials on this site. If you are studying to complete the course for continuing education contact hours, you may then access the open-book final examination at the bottom of each course page.  You are free to take the examination at that point.  In order to qualify for the continuing education contact hours for renewal of NCC certification, you must mail the completed open-book final examination, the signed Honor Pledge, and the exam fee [$50.00  - NO OTHER FEES APPLY] to: Exam Scoring,  CounselingCEUsOnline,  Dr. Budd A.  EXAMS MUST BE RETURNED ALONG WITH THE HONOR PLEDGE AND THE COURSE FEE.  NO EXAMINATION WILL BE SCORED AND NO CONTINUING EDUCATION CONTACT HOURS AWARDED UNLESS THE EXAM IS ACCOMPANIED BY THE EXAM FEE IN FULL.

Personal checks are accepted for payment. Money orders and personal checks should be made payable to Dr. Budd A. Moore. A paid invoice will be returned with your letter of congratulations, your transcript, and your certificate of completion.  The invoice will facilitate any reimbursement you may be seeking for the course.
