Affordable Home Study And On-Line Continuing Education Courses For Professional Counselors In The School And Community Setting
We have tried to make continuing education for professional counselors as affordable as possible. There are no expensive fees here for few contact hours. Our continuing education activities are priced and structured for the working professional who needs renewal contact hours in as efficient a vehicle as possible. Our pricing policy is one which operates at the absolute lowest price range possible. Consequently, fees are expected when you have submitted your completed open-book final examination for scoring. You may take the examination any time after you have registered for the course and studied the materials by double clicking on the button at the bottom of each course page. ONLY EXAMINATIONS SUBMITTED WITH THE APPROPRIATE COURSE FEE WILL BE SCORED. Take the examination and submit it along with the signed honor pledge, the course evaluation, and the appropriate course fee.
Fees
The fees for the courses are as follows:
$ 5.00 per Contact Hour For All Courses [Example: 10 contact hours = $50.00] - NO OTHER FEES APPLY
$20.00 Exam Re-Take Fee
$15.00 for additional Certificate
$15.00 for additional Official Transcript
When you pay for a course or courses a PAID invoice will be mailed to you indicating that you have paid the required course fees in full. Your course examination will then be scored and your certificate of completion and transcript will me mailed.

2. Money orders must be made payable to: Dr. Budd A. Moore.
The cost of textbooks, along with shipping and handling, is the responsibility of the student and is in addition to the above fees. We recommend the purchase of used textbooks from Amazon.com and/or its affiliates.
Course Cancellation/Refund Policy
All materials for each course are available to a registrant on this site or by mail. There is no time limit for each course. Fees are expected when the student submits the examination for scoring for the course. NO EXAMINATION WILL BE SCORED UNLESS ALL COURSE FEES ARE PAID IN FULL. Students are expected to ask questions and seek any clarifications about the course, the procedures for completing the requirements of the course, or any other aspect of this service that are not clear. Once the Honor Pledge is signed and return and the course examination returned for scoring along with the course fee, we assume that the participant has completed the work in the course and is, therefore, satisfied with the course. A refund initiated by the student may be requested [in writing by mail] stating the reason for the cancellation. No refunds will be made once the examination is returned to CounselingCEUsOnline for scoring. Questions and clarifications about the exam will be answered by contacting exam@counselingceusonline.com OR bmoore@counselingceusonline.com . Re-takes of an examination will be allowed after a $20.00 re-take fee is paid. No exam will be administered for a third time. Students must successfully submit a satisfactory exam to gain the contact hours for the course.
Courses may be cancelled from time to time because of a lack of interest in their content. When these courses are withdrawn from the site, new courses will be developed and substituted. However, course materials and examinations for all courses offered from this organization will be maintained in an archive for future reference or re-introduction at a later time. The archive is maintained so that if any question that arises concerning the content of any course the student completes it can be answered from the stored documents. We anticipate inviting many practicing professional counselors to author courses for offering through this organization. What we hope will result will be an ever-changing selection of continuing education experiences that will be useful to the counselor in the work setting or for their certification and personal satisfaction purposes.

4 = Outstanding Work [Excellent] - Your answer on the exam is of the highest quality and is passing. Contact hours for the course are promptly awarded.
3 = Very Good Work [Above Average] - Your answer on the exam is definitely of above average quality and is passing. Contact hours for the course are promptly awarded.
2 = Good Work [Average] - Your answer on the exam is of average quality and is passing. Contact hours for the course are promptly awarded.
1 = Unsatisfactory [Below Average] - Your answer is not satisfactory and is NOT PASSING. Contact hours for the course are NOT awarded for this effort. Student may re-take the exam for a $20.00 Exam Re-Take fee [Check is made payable to: Dr. Budd A. Moore, Exam Scoring, CounselingCEUsOnline, 8864 Lorford Drive, Chambersburg, PA 17201-9335.
0 = Unacceptable or NO EXAM submitted [FAILING] - Your answer is not satisfactory and is NOT PASSING. Contact hours for the course are NOT awarded for this effort. Student may re-take the exam for a $20.00 Exam Re-Take fee [Check is made payable to: Dr. Budd A. Moore, Exam Scoring, CounselingCEUsOnline, 8864 Lorford Drive, Chambersburg, PA 17201-9335.
*Upon successful completion of each course, a certificate [suitable for framing] and letter of congratulations indicating course completion and competency will be mailed to you along with an official transcript from CounselingCEUsOnline.com for your records.
Mailing List
Professional counselors are notified by mail of new courses that will be offered. It is anticipated that new courses will be developed on a regular basis as new instructors/course authors are added. Students who have taken a course will be automatically added to the mailing list unless the student requests not to be included.
